Delivery

• Whenever possible goods will be despatched within one to two working days.
• Most orders to be sent out on parcelforce 24 hour delivery.
• Large coils of rope (over 30Kg) to be sent by three day courier.
• Orders to be received within seven days of payment (subject to our Terms of Sale).
• A VAT invoice will accompany your order.
• Contact us us if you require a delivery date.   
• Cheques taken on orders above £50.
• Email correspondence normally replied to within 24 hours (mon-fri).
